1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for Young Access Hub events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for our events.

2. Event Registration

• Registration is open to individuals aged 15-35 years residing in Sierra Leone
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Access codes are non-transferable and for single use only
• Registration confirmation will be sent via email with a QR code for event entry

3. Event Attendance

• Participants must present their QR code for event entry
• YAH reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone without proper registration
• Event schedules and venues may change with reasonable notice
• Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully

4. Intellectual Property

• All event materials, presentations, and content remain the property of YAH
• Participants may not record, photograph, or redistribute event content without permission
• YAH may photograph or record events for promotional purposes

5. Liability

• Participants attend events at their own risk
• YAH is not responsible for personal injuries, losses, or damages
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings
• YAH's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law

6. Code of Conduct

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
• Participants must respect fellow attendees, speakers, and organizers
• Use of drugs or excessive alcohol is prohibited
• Violation of conduct rules may result in removal from events

7. Data Protection

• Personal information is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy
• Participants consent to receive event-related communications
• Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent

8. Cancellation Policy

• YAH reserves the right to cancel or postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances
• Participants will be notified of cancellations via registered email
• No refunds apply as events are provided free of charge

9. Modifications

YAH reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and participants will be notified of material changes.
